The ADMC Approach

Problem

Our team works closely with you to understand your challenges and connect you with the right expertise, staff, and partners to address them effectively.

From broad operational issues to specific targeted projects, we help your teams explore automation-based solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness.

Whether it’s optimising processes, reducing costs, or tackling technical constraints, we ensure your challenges are met with practical, actionable solutions.

Approach

We follow a clear, structured process: diagnose the challenge, identify solution options, and build a strong business case.

This method works whether automation is already part of your operations or completely new to your organisation. It can be applied to a wide variety of challenges, from technical and process improvements to energy efficiency, labour optimisation, and logistics.

The aim is to make the pathway to automation simple, effective, and achievable.

Solution

Automation can take many forms—process control, factory optimisation, energy saving, waste reduction, condition monitoring, manufacturing efficiency, logistics improvements, office system upgrades, and the movement of goods.

Our independent position means we can recommend the best-fit technologies and suppliers without bias.

We take projects from problem or concept right through to proof of principle, incorporating the necessary skills uplift and training to ensure a smooth transition to implementation.

Benefits

The ADMC is an independent organisation working with a broad network of partners to drive automation adoption in manufacturing and distribution.

Our goal is to help businesses increase productivity, efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.

We provide impartial advice and practical facilities to take your project from concept to proof of principle, giving you the clarity, confidence, and evidence needed to make a sound investment decision.
